The voices of WRVN and the people of Ravencrest — on and off the air.

Callie West

voiced by Brooklyn Faith

Brooklyn Faith returns to The Midnight Hour as Callie West, the determined late-night radio host at the center of WRVN's darkest secrets. With a performance rooted in warmth, empathy, and quiet strength, Brooklyn brings Callie to life as a character who is both deeply human and fiercely resilient.

From a young age, Brooklyn was captivated by the magic of voice acting. Inspired by animated series such as Total Drama Island, Kim Possible, Ben 10, and 6TEEN, she developed a love for the creativity and skill it takes to bring characters to life through voice. She made her debut as the lead role of Andie Nova in Tales from Tierra: The Wishing Star, and has continued expanding her work across audio drama, animation, and online series.

Her recent credits include Meredith Matthews in Project_Veil, narration for The Nights of Horror, Misery in Lessons in Meditation, a fan animation based on the indie game Cave Story, Mai Anya and Judith Mossman in Half Time from The Mythical Program, and Lily Carter in The Forest Within.

Brooklyn's work is marked by sincerity, emotional range, and a natural ability to draw listeners into a scene. As Callie West, she anchors The Midnight Hour with a voice that can feel calming, sharp, vulnerable, and commanding all at once — making her return for Season 2 an essential part of the story's next chapter.

Ian McCoy

voiced by Scott Copeland

Scott Copeland returns to The Midnight Hour as Ian McCoy, WRVN's sharp, loyal producer and Callie West's steady presence through the chaos. As Ian, Scott brings warmth, timing, and dry humor to a character who often has to balance sarcasm with genuine concern — making him an essential part of the show's emotional core.

Scott first brought his voice talents to Crown Noir Studios in Tales from Tierra: The Wishing Star, where he played Rion Emberheart with a memorable mix of toughness, charm, and emotional depth. He also voiced multiple supporting roles throughout the series, showcasing his ability to shift between tones, personalities, and character types with ease.

His additional credits include Arthur, the main NPC in the Starfield "Stroud Premium Edition" mod, along with several other roles in that project; Big Dave in the audio drama Unusual Happenings at Paradise by Darkthought Studios; and King Philip of Swabia in the historical YouTube series Altremer.

In addition to reprising Ian McCoy for Season 2, Scott continues to support The Midnight Hour behind the scenes through script consulting and writing assistance. His insight, range, and collaborative approach make him a valuable creative presence both on the mic and in the development of the story.

Detective David Drake

voiced by Kiran Rajan

Kiran Rajan returns to The Midnight Hour as Detective David Drake, the determined investigator pulled deeper into Ravencrest's web of riddles, murders, and buried secrets. As Drake, Kiran brings a grounded intensity to the role, balancing the detective's no-nonsense pragmatism with the quiet humanity beneath the badge.

Kiran first worked with Crown Noir Studios in Tales from Tierra: The Wishing Star, where he brought Arjay to life with stoic strength and emotional restraint. His performance captured both the character's resolve and his inner complexity, leaving a lasting impression on listeners.

Since then, Kiran has continued expanding his voice acting work across a range of genres. His credits include voicing the trailer for the Webtoon TOMB, narrating the audiobook Scorpius Home, and appearing in the upcoming animated series Guardians of Geb. He has also portrayed Sarris in A Quick Breakfast, Angelo Ricci in The Terrible Old Man, and MC in PHNS: Truth Is Death, Death Is Truth.

With a voice that carries both authority and emotional weight, Kiran gives Detective Drake a presence that feels steady, focused, and deeply human. His return for Season 2 brings Drake back to the center of the investigation as the case becomes more dangerous, more personal, and harder to ignore.

Shawn Raven

Eddie Rowe

voiced by Shawn Raven

Shawn Raven returns to Crown Noir Studios as Eddie Rowe in The Midnight Hour, continuing a collaboration that has seen him contribute to every Crown Noir production to date. As Detective David Drake's loyal assistant, Eddie is the investigator every detective wishes they had — brilliant, resourceful, and relentless when it comes to finding answers. Whether tracking down obscure records, connecting impossible dots, or anticipating what Drake needs before he asks, Eddie's intelligence and quiet dedication make him an indispensable part of the investigation.

A lifelong storyteller, Shawn's creative journey has taken him through filmmaking, screenwriting, editing, cinematography, and now voice acting. With a background in mass media, he has spent years crafting stories both behind the camera and behind the microphone, bringing a filmmaker's eye for character and pacing to every performance.

Since making his voice acting debut with Crown Noir Studios, Shawn has continued building an impressive résumé. His recent credits include Curtis Julien in Star Wars Genesis, a total conversion RPG mod for Starfield, and The Crow Herald, a supporting antagonist in the upcoming AAA gothic fantasy game Bloodthorne: Hymn.

As Eddie Rowe, Shawn delivers a performance full of warmth, wit, and intelligence — often the smartest person in the room, and the dependable partner who never stops digging until the truth is found.

Detective Julian Ward

voiced by Donte Montgomery

Donte Montgomery returns to the world of Crown Noir Studios as Detective Julian Ward, a talented but notoriously difficult investigator. Ward has little interest in making friends, earning popularity, or playing politics — he cares about solving cases, and almost nothing else. His blunt personality, refusal to back down, and ongoing, almost childish rivalry with veteran detective David Drake make him one of Ravencrest's most unpredictable detectives.

Donte has spent over eight years honing his craft through podcasting, YouTube narration, voiceover, and music as both a drummer and vocalist. His engaging performances have helped him build a social media audience of more than 11,000 followers, with several of his voiceover videos surpassing one million views across Instagram.

Donte first collaborated with Crown Noir Studios as General Marxon Dash in Tales from Tierra: The Wishing Star before returning as the narrator for The Midnight Hour Season 1 trailer. His growing list of credits also includes John Wilaby Jr. in Til The Yule Log Burns Out, Hugh of St. Pol in Altremer: Episode 7 – Extended Edition, Emperor Galadar in Starfall 2 (Fan Made), Luke Cage in Daredevil: Crimson Nights, Michael in Darrell, Benjamin Marks in Lucifer's Playtime: Numbers, and Colt Redbone in Til Town, along with numerous comic dubs and commercial voiceover projects.

Known for his unique and confident delivery, Donte brings both authority and humanity to Detective Ward — a detective who is capable, determined, and constantly trying to stay one step ahead in a city where every answer seems to raise another question.

Ray Kessler

voiced by David McCoy

David McCoy makes his voice acting debut in The Midnight Hour as Ray Kessler, the longtime station manager of WRVN. As the pressure surrounding the station continues to mount, Ray finds himself balancing impossible decisions while doing everything he can to keep the broadcasts — and his staff — moving forward.

While this marks David's first voice acting role, he is no stranger to performance. Professionally known as DMD The Producer, David is an accomplished songwriter, producer, composer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist whose work spans a remarkable range of genres, from 80s synth and heavy rock to hip-hop, Latin fusion, cinematic scores, and contemporary pop.

David serves as a full production partner behind the music project 2MX2, contributing beats, composition, and arrangements across the group's diverse catalog. His original music has also earned placement on CBS's hit primetime series S.W.A.T., and he has composed music for national marketing campaigns, live sporting events, commercial branding, and full-length albums.

Drawing from years of experience creating emotion through music, David brings a calm authority and understated authenticity to Ray Kessler — an impressive transition from the recording studio to the world of voice acting.
